01About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ZBullet Enterprises Limited (“Bullet”, “we”, “us”), 18th Floor, A Wing, Marathon Futurex, Delisle Road, Mumbai 400013, Maharashtra, India, for your use of Storyboard, powered by Trinetra AI (“Storyboard”) at MIPCOM 2026, on this website and through the links in our emails. Trinetra AI is powered by Bullet.

By ticking the box that refers to these Terms, or by using Storyboard, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Storyboard for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old.

02What Storyboard does

Storyboard reads a script you upload and, with AI, creates from it a breakdown of the script, a character bible, props and locations, character sheets, a storyboard with the shots for each beat, and video clips that are joined into episodes. You can review and edit each step.

How much you can generate may be limited.

We may change, limit, suspend or end Storyboard at any time without notice.

03You keep ownership of your script

You keep all ownership of, and all intellectual property rights in, your script. Submitting it does not transfer, assign or license any of those rights to us, except for the limited licence below.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, process, analyse and adapt your script only to provide Storyboard to you as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, for as long as we keep it. We will not publish, distribute or commercially exploit your script, and we will not use it to train AI models without your separate, explicit opt-in consent.

Similar ideas and stories may be submitted by other people or developed independently by us. Except as stated in these Terms, nothing here prevents either of us from developing works that are similar but were not copied from the other.

04Your promises about what you submit

By submitting a script, you warrant (promise) that:

• the script is your original work, or you own or control all the rights needed to submit it and to let us process it as described;
• it does not copy or infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights, and is not confidential to anyone else; and
• it does not contain prohibited content (see below).

You are responsible for your script. You agree to compensate us for losses we suffer because a promise above was untrue, to the extent the law allows.

05What Storyboard generates

Everything Storyboard generates (character sheets, props, locations, storyboards and episodes) is AI-generated.

• AI output can contain errors or artefacts. You use it at your own judgement.
• What Storyboard generates is not professional advice and not a guarantee of commissioning, production, release or success.
• You may not remove, crop, blur or alter any watermark, label or embedded provenance information that an output carries.

What you may do with what you generate, and who owns it, other than the parts that come from your own material, which stay yours, is set by the agreement that covers your account or by a separate written agreement with us.

06Licensed faces only; no real-person likenesses

Where Trinetra AI shows or generates a face, it uses only faces from a library we have licensed with the consent of the people concerned, or wholly synthetic characters that are not modelled on any real person.

We do not create, and you must not ask for or submit material intended to create, the likeness of any celebrity, politician or other public figure, any minor, or any other real person without their documented consent. We may refuse, stop or remove anything that appears to do so.

07Prohibited content and conduct

You must not submit, or use the service to create, anything that:

• infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or personality rights;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualises or endangers minors in any way;
• is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination on grounds such as religion, caste, race, gender or nationality;
• is intended to deceive, including deepfakes of real people, impersonation, fraud, or misinformation presented as fact;
• promotes terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity, or threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order or friendly relations with foreign states;
• contains malware, or attempts to probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits or security of the service; or
• is otherwise unlawful in India or in your country.

We may refuse, remove or stop processing any content, and suspend access, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken. We may report unlawful content to the authorities.

08Takedown requests

If you believe material processed or shown by Storyboard infringes your rights or is unlawful, email support@bulletshorts.com with the subject “Takedown request” and include:

• your name and contact details, and your authority to act if you represent someone else;
• the reference number, link or a description that lets us find the material;
• the right you say is infringed, or why the material is unlawful, with any supporting evidence; and
• a statement that the information in your request is accurate and given in good faith.

We will acknowledge your request within one business day (within the same day during MIPCOM), disable access to the material while we review it where the request appears valid, and tell the person who submitted it. They may respond with their side, and we will tell you our decision. We act on orders from courts and government agencies within the time the law requires. We may close access for anyone who repeatedly submits infringing material.

09No promise of payment

A payout, commission, fee or any other payment to you, and any commissioning, production or release of your work, is possible only under a separate formal written agreement signed by you and by an authorised signatory of Bullet. Nothing on this site, in our emails or said at our booth is an offer, promise or guarantee of payment, commission, commissioning, production or release, and does not create any contract or obligation to pay.

10Marketing communications

Accepting these Terms does not sign you up to marketing. We send marketing communications about Trinetra AI and its products (product updates, news and offers) only if you opt in, and opting in is not a condition of using Storyboard.

You can opt out at any time, free of charge: switch “Marketing communications” off in “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email support@bulletshorts.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your choice.

11Disclaimers and limits of liability

Storyboard is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any output will meet your needs.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12Governing law and courts

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the service, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

13General

We may update these Terms; the version with the latest effective date applies from that date, and we will tell you by email about significant changes that affect a submission you have already made. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service, unless we sign a separate agreement with you.
