01About this policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar storage that Storyboard, powered by Trinetra AI uses on your device, what each one is for, and how you control them. It applies together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

02What cookies and similar storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep. “Local storage” and “session storage” are similar places in your browser where a site can keep small pieces of information. This policy covers all three, and calls them “cookies” for short.
We sort them into three kinds: essential, analytics and marketing.
03Your choices
- The first time you visit, a banner asks what you allow: “Accept all”, “Reject all” or “Manage preferences”, where you can switch analytics and marketing on or off separately. Nothing is switched on in advance.
- Until you choose, and if you reject, only essential cookies are used. No analytics or marketing storage runs without your consent, and the site works the same either way.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and it removes what that kind of cookie had stored on your device.
- We remember your choice for 6 months and then ask again. We also ask again if we add a new kind of cookie or change what one is for.
- We keep a record of each choice (what was chosen, when, the part of the site you were on, your IP address, your browser’s user agent, and the random receipt number held in your consent cookie) so that we can show that consent was given.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working, such as remembering your theme.
Our legal basis: essential cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for. For analytics and marketing we rely on your consent (EU and UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a); ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, regulation 6).

05Analytics cookies
These help us understand how the site is used so that we can improve it. They are off unless you agree.

06Marketing cookies

07Other companies

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy, and where the change needs your consent we will ask you again.
